While he was thinking, he felt very angry, so he chopped the fish with the back of a knife blade. At that time, he found the bones of the fish were separated from the fish meat. So he got an idea, he smashed the fish meat, then made balls. After the Emperor Ping of Chu tried, he gave a full of praise. From then, they kept the fish ball, and the fish ball came to Chaozhou with the Emperor Ping of Chu moving down to the south. The common people learned the producing method, and made the pork ball and beef ball. These 3 meatballs with fish skin dumpling are called the “Four Treasures of Chaozhou”
